Marine mollusks collected along the continental Portuguese coast by Augusto Nobre (former director of the Museum of Natural History of the University of Porto) between 1884 and 1939. The collection consists of dry shells of specimens belonging to the Phylum Mollusca (classes Gastropoda, Polyplacophora, Bivalvia and Cephalopoda)
The collection was established in Jan 1, 1884 and ceased acquisitions in Jan 1, 1939.
